As should be with any Catholic ministry, the sacrifice of Mass is central to Into the Deep. Inviting and welcoming the teens of Our Lady of Mercy and their families to weekly celebration of the Eucharist is of ultimate importance.
 
 

In a special way, teens are encouraged to attend the Rock Mass, every Sunday at 5:30. The Rock Mass includes contemporary Catholic music and is the one "universal" program of Into the Deep in that all young people, no matter where along the spiritual steps they are, can gather in praise and worship of our Eucharistic Lord.
